I am a 20 year retired navy veteran. I went to and graduated from Alpha School of Massage where I learned the following modalities: Swedish massage with soft, medium or firm pressure, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone Massage. I am now a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, and I have also completed 3 seminars in Neuromuscular Therapy, I am also trained in Oncolgy Massage, Myofascial Release and IASTM trained by Graston.
